Abandoned games

lately, I'm losing a no of live games as being a bandoned by me. Am I losing internet connection? Even if I go to another app for couple of min or attend a phone call, my game will get abandoned.

I have tried installing and uninstalling the app which helped initially but not anymore.

Any ideas guys? What's going on

Hi Lubhit, sounds like there's a bigger problem.  I haven't ever had that problem, but I don't play very much speed chess.  Good luck solving it.

How far into a game can it be abandoned? Having won a Q for a B, suddenly I get the message the game is abandoned. Both of us had well over minute left in the 2,1 game.
