The amount of the rating change is due to the Rating Deviation (RD) which is just the activity or frequency of your games. The more often you play games the lower your RD will be meaning your activity is higher and therefore less change in your rating then when you first started when your rating was inaccurate and there was a greater change as you were just starting out. hi, i wonder how does this chess.com calculate live matches ratings? when i was a new member, it gave me much points in rated matches, but after a few months match points begin to be low? is there anybody to know this situation
