About results if timeout

Hello,

I just played a game, and there was a timeout, and I think that the result should have been a win.

That happened in that game, a bullet between me and a 2800's FM. He got flagged.

The rule say: if there is a timeout, the game is a drawn if there isn't any legal way for the opponent to checkmate.

But, there is a legal way to checkmate for me:

So, is this a chess.com mistake, or am I missing something?
Thanks.

The rules say? Whose rules?

Chess.com follows the drawing rules for insufficient mating material used by the USCF, which require forcing moves to reach a mate. No helpmates are allowed.

Thanks for your answer.

I was talking about the FIDE rules, and that's why there is a difference. It is strange that there is a rules' difference between two federations, and I ignored it, that's why I asked this.

I read the article you sent to me, and I checked the videos, but I couldn't find the answer.

Is it for beginners? I learned how to move pieces, to en passant, to castle, and I learned that white start the game, lol, I take that personally xD

PS: I just saw that the last two sentences of my post where bigger that the others. I didn't mean to be disrespectful, I just asked friendly that question.

See you,
