Sorry :( We are working on getting this fixed. Could anyone posting on this thread thats having this problem please give the following information:
1. Was it an Open Seek or Direct Challenge?
2. When you created an open seek, did you opt for Rated using the drop down box
3. What browser and version are you using ?
4. Can you please check your games archive and see if it has affected ratings or not (as some games are affecting ratings and some aren't).
