Android Live Chess app is busted

I played a game vs Computer and we played until kings were the only pieces left. The game should have ended in draw but it didnt. I kept moving my king and so did the CPU but game never ended.
This app has terrible feedback at the playstore. I would like to play live games but with every update new issues arise and with the feedback it has. I keep out of it. I still have it installed y my SII tho.
I used to have similar problems. I just got a new smartphone and all is well. Is your device more than a year old?
I played a move today and waited for my opponent to move only to find that I timed out, this was really odd as it wasn't my move and I was getting really annoyed by waiting ( I guess my opponent was too) When I checked on the pc my move hadn't been registered but it had on my tablet rrghgh
Bug report:
(1) In Live Chess or Online Chess, after a game is finished, the app basically crashes, and crashes again the moment I try to start another live game. Restarting the app doesn't solve the problem. I seem to need to restart my tablet in order to get it to work at all again. That's a real strange bug.
(2) Sometimes in Live Chess, the pieces will disappear or freeze. I have no idea for why this might have been the case, the only thing I can speculate is that I might have been touching the piece in question when it was captured by the opponent, which might have caused some sort of glitch.
(3) CONNECTED INTERRUPTED. This should not cover the board when there is a connection problem. The clock is still running, I should be able to see the board, it should show up at the bottom of the board near the clock or something.
