Rapid!!!!!! Its fast enough to potentially flag your opponent, but slow enough to calculate a few moves in. Blitz has a lot to do with mouse speed, so conversion to uscf or even fide may not be that accurate.
Blitz vs Rapid?
Rapid is slower, it'll make you think more of your move, if you're playing in home, you could play it, you have a higher chance to win, and the percentage of time scramble is lower.
Blitz is quicker. You can't think much, but you still have time to respond to your opponents moves, you won't think much, you're much worrier to play Blitz, but it really suits you if you're in a local place and don't have much relax time to play chess. Time scramble would be in all games.
Bullet is like a guess for your opponents move, you don't have time to think, you can't calculate much. You just respond to your opponents moves very quick. You might blunder, even in 2000 and more rating.
Hyper-Bullet is insane, 10~30 seconds, you do not calculate, because you only need to survive the longest and let your opponent run out of time, so the real game? Don't matter much!
Rapid, usually 30 minutes. I admire people who think fast enough to do Blitz without their game falling apart but unfortunately that's not me. I need to take time over my moves, so Rapid it is.

I get crazy accuracy in blitz (3/0) because my intuition is insaneeeee, my calculation lacks a little bit tho
Rapid on this website could mean anything from 10/0 to 60/0
For that reason, the rapid ratings are quite meaningless
Rapid slower, more precise, and generally should be stronger games, because you have more time to calculate postions, and attacks, but here the blitz pool seems to have memorized nearly every line, I often have a easyer time winning against 1300 rapid, then 1,000 blitz something is fishy in the blitz category, I can't seem to put my hand on it, I think there may be a lot of soft engine use imo...
Do you think that Blitz or Rapid has a more accurate conversion to the true USCF or FIDE rating?
