Board color changes in live chess and no game possible

I am having troubles in the Facebook application as well...
the exact same thing happens to me. A grey board appears and I cant start a game
Can anybody give me some good advice how I can get rid of the problem I have in live chess? I click "Play live chess" and for moments my desired classic brown board appears. Then it disappears showing instead a bluish-grey board. When I click "Start a game", nothing happens, except that all the players disappear too.
