I had a response from chess.com. Here is the most relevant part of their meaasage: "I've talked to our developers about it and it is a known issue with images, pieces, and chessboard displaying incorrectly. It seems it may be caused by one of our providers (Cloudflare)".
I was told that they are working on the issue.
Literally have the same issue I cant see the chess board its all black.
I had to completely rebuild my computer last week. Fresh install of Windows 10, all the updates, yadda yadda. Installed Chrome. Trying to run games on Chess.com now, and the board won't show up. Javascript is enabled, and I know it was working two weeks ago before the crash. I've disabled a bunch of the extensions in my browser. Not sure what else to try. Also updated my video drivers, which shouldn't make a difference, and didn't.
Any thoughts?
It's only a problem in Canada and Portugal. Use a VPN and switch your region to the U.S.. That should solve it.
