I don't think it's AN ALL CAPS BUG.
What browser are you using? On what device? With what operating system?
But at any rate, use the bug report tool in Help to send in a snapshot to the developers along with all that other information.
(A bug should be reproducible.)

When other members couldn’t see captured pieces in the past, the cause was they changed the default font size of their web browser.
