Thanks for reporting this. We are working very hard to fix all problems in Live. For now make sure you are using the very latest version of which ever web browser you choose to use. Also, try clearing out your browser cache (http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0) and using the "Control F5" or "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh on Chess.com before connecting to the Live Chess.
Bugs

in my current game -- http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=30460718 -- "Details" does not know how to take account of a new queen.
Hi. I just wanted to let you know that the comment above by Rapidfire is strictly not true. If you look at his games he regularly accuses his opponents of "bugging", which is simply his way of failing to accept defeat. I don't know if he is just a bad loser or suffers from genuine delusions but I would advise you not to waste time trying to "fix" a system which works very well.
There is a bug I am getting where the chess pieces are displayed in the wrong places, and this often causes confusion when making my move. Also sometimes I can click one square and it will move to another square.
