Can someone please explain why this game was drawn on move 58? One move away from checkmate.

There was no repetition of moves to trigger a draw and there was ample material on my end.  And it was only one move from checkmate.  What am I missing?

I should have looked more closely,  I can see the my opponent has no legal move and is not in check.  Sorry for clogging up the forums!!!
