Can you premove on an iPad? Also, by premoving, is there any time taken off your clock? Is there a mouse for the iPad? Touch screens are slower than ones using a mouse. On a touch screen you must touch the piece, then touch the destination square, which is the time it would take to move two pieces, unless I am doing something wrong.

I don't think so. Besides, you really only need to premove in bullet and those fast games you should play with a mouse anyways. You should just play slower games on iPad.

Not possible. I play 5 0 on the iPad and 3 0 on my desktop. I still lose on time more often with the iPad

If you're asking about premoves for live chess (as opposed to conditional moves for daily chess), then yes, the iOS app does support premoves. You have to go to the app's live chess settings and turn on the "Enable Premoves" switch.

Conditional moves for daily chess are not supported by the iOS app.

Closest to premoving for iPad is holding the piece and dragging it over to the square your going to place it in without letting go. Once the person has made their move. Immediately let go of the piece.
