I've had a recurrent problem with connecting to chess.com from a smartphone and 3G connection. It may not be exactly the same problem but I was never able to solve it./ I reported it the first time here:

Same thing happening to me too... It's been like that for a week now. When I click 'Play live chess', it keeps loading but not connecting. I get the problem in both firefox and chrome...

I've wrote already to chess support about my problem and they've sent me advice what can I do, here is a copy of it:
"First, lets try making sure that all of your extensions are currently disabled on your browser:
Once you’ve done that, I’d like to have you please try a cache clear to make sure that you’re starting with a fresh slate.
I've made exactly every thing with my Chrome bot unfortunately it doesn't help and then I've tried to connect by using another 3G network and it works. So the problem is not with my computer or browser or their properties but with I suppose settings of my 3G/EDGE network. I've used this network since long time and every thing was just perfect utnill now when they do recently make some changes to the site.
Have u any idea what can I do in order to check and set up the right settings of my 3G/EDGE network

I have the same problem I can not connect to Live Chess I am using Chrome

I can't get access to Live chess either, every time I click Live Chess I create a new game, and if I type the link to live chess it brings me to the link https://www.chess.com/play or https://www.chess.com/play/online, instead of https://www.chess.com/live, and if I type myself, it changes the link.
When I push button "live chess, time..., play" in my home page than new page is opening but load anything. Only is trying to connect with live.chess.com but couldn't connect.
The same if I push the button "play live chess" on top webside I can get next page with is http://www.chess.com/livechess/myhome, but after pushing in the center "play live chess" getting nothing, can't connect with live.chess.com. Everything works just ok except that.
My browser is Firefox, the last version and 3G Internet connection.
What is the problem? Please help me and suggest me what can I do.
