Can't play live chess

...and me, been like this for over a week!

And now it's NOT working again. Worked for several games, then near the end of a game, the board seemed to freeze up with just 10 seconds to go. When it "unfroze" my time had run out and I lost - then the play new game button wouldn't work. Just brought me back to the never-loading page.

I want my goddamn points back

Many times when I'm playing the game freezes and after a while (and a lot of refreshing) a site maintenance message appears. As a consequence I either lose the game or it just dissapears.

A waste of time effort  AND money trying to play Long time control games.

I only carry on paying because the rest of Chess.com is so very good.

Nothing ..to ..say    YOU WONT GET YOUR POINTS mate no matter how many times you say it.      Bet your opponent got those points...and may i ask was he a higher ranked player ?    Proves my point  as I have argued about this endlessly. In this case its chess.com that has stopped play. USUALLY  it is PIRATE opponents with tricks up their sleeves. AND YES this site rewards these rogues who disconnect and wait for a score

No, it was a very low rated player. I honestly don't care, I'll just crush bunnies for +3 points per game to get back up there

O, yes, I had this problem like a month ago, nobody seemed to care, and I couldn't play live chess ever since. It started when the ads for the board in live chess were introduced. Firefox. With other browsers it loads, but still the board is unusable.

Yes, just checked now, it's loading and loading and loading... The browser cache is clean.

I also remember that, when you post a message in the forums, you see a list of tools, like inserting an image or a diagram. No such thing here, the same like one month ago. No borders, nothing, the text even gets out of the box and, as I type, it overlaps the "most recent posts" on the right.

Live chess not working on laptop, tablet or phone...continuous loading

I'm vodafone in NZ. All I ever get when I click on live chess is a never ending search that - never ends!

Not sure what to do any more. Lets meet at the Albany Tavern on Tuesdays for some 'over the board' can't go wrong/old fashioned chess!

yes vodafone been working fine untill last two days

I am another vodafone customer and live chess is not working for me on my home wifi. I am a new VDSL customer, anyone else VDSL? I tried tethering off my phone and it works fine!

I cant play chess at www.chess.com though the board loads but i cant see the piece, though, I can see box movements but not the piece movements.
