Which means 1000 rated is not welcome

@The_Blue_J sure, 1000 is fine, but I put the 1300 rule so people at 500-800 rating would stop saying, “Me!” when I am literally 400, and they aren’t even that high rated.

1000 to 1300 isn't that high rated either. I'm an 850 and I've beaten a 1300, a 1400 in blitz multiple times, three 1200s, 5 1100s, 11+ 1000s, and many 900s.

tbh tho the ratings are there for a reason and 99/100 a 1300 would beat you - With some exception (Like if your having a rly bad day lol(I could be beaten by a 600 on a day where I suck at playing chess))
