Chat abusive prevention system is BS ... Broken System

I just got kicked for saying "I'm going to win the next ones. Your clock playing just pissed me off."

I'm assuming pissed was the trigger there but that's just dumb. I mean seriously? I don't even think that would be a problem on national TV. Why is "pissed" a bad word in your dictionary?

Also, kicking/banning someone for using words that are spicy makes no sense. People are able to get around your broken system very easily by making small tweaks... like b*llsh!t. On average, every 5th person I play on live chess does it. The only resort is to disable the chat... but I find that robs the fun out of the game. So your kicking/banning action doesn't work.

What would probably make more sense is using **** instead when you encouter a forbidden word.

You sure you spelled "clock" correctly?

Yes

I've suggested in a couple of other threads that each user get their own "banned word" list that they can use to restrict content that they don't want to see.  Default settings would be the same as the auto-mod is now, but that they could add or remove words as they felt appropriate.  That way no-one would get kicked, or even know that they were "censored", and no-one would have any excuse for being "offended" by words alone (intent is another story).
