if 50 moves has gone with no captures and no pawn advances, the game is a draw. If there is insufficient material to checkmate, the game is a draw.

I looked at your profile and saw that you have one game going, so I assume that that is the game you are talking about. I am of course NOT going to comment on the actual game since it is an ongoing game, but I can comment on the time limit. The time limit is 3 days and right now your opponent has 2 days left. I can't see any problem there. When you are playing online games you can not expect your opponent to make all his moves the same day. Is that what you expect?
