Connection interrupted

I am new to this site and I lost 10+ games because of this crash.Why is it still crashes,it says:"Connection interrupted,reconnecting" But it doesnt reconnect,even can't log in to live chess too.I use chrome and all is up to date.Is this number one chess site?Then why do I still can't play because of this error?

A breach in connection is technically not a "crash." It's simply an indication that your computer can't stay connected to the server for some reason. I would guess that either your Internet connection isn't good, or you are encountering some other issue.

I suggest that you contact a staff member directly, by submitting a Support Ticket from this link:

and click the button marked "Technical Support & Bug Reports." They'll be better equipped to address specific issues.

@whirlwind2011:My computer is really good,I gathered it 5 years ago about 3000$.It can stay connected all sites,but not this site :( I will contact a staff member,thnx for your advices
