If you have a decent and stable internet connection, if you use an up to date browser (firefox or chrome) and clear your cookies and temp files regularly, if you keep your java and flash up to date, you shouldn't have any of the problems above.

Last six games hads been awarded to my apponents on the pretex that the connection has been intruoted. When the lead assinged by the system gets intrupted the game in all fairness should have been aborted by the system.I tried out to recnnect on trial basis basis I have I always got connected But always The game is given to the apponent. There is a question of well stablished law of Double jeopardy. But to add insult to the injury the system rejorts to Triple Jeopardy by fistly inreasing the time alloted to the aponent secondly the move already made & booked on the board is reverted compelling to move it again and thirdly the time taken by the system is penalised to the player/ awarding the game to the apponent to cover their inefficiency. Are these provisions covered by the Word chess federation or the Site is free to frame their own rules even though these are arbitrary. I am not a competitor but an old men of abouve 76 years . My only aim is to keep my brain sharp. I am raising these points to raise the standard of the game of chess which system managers seems to think that they are masters and there are not answerable to non. ID
