If it were the server, then everybody else would have the same problem, and they aren't. Live chess requires a constant connection. Most other uses of the internet don't. Have you tried different live game servers without any problems?

don't know of any others. this problem is actually recent for me. it wasn't happening a week ago.
During tactics training, sometimes I will put a move in and the page will relaod to give me a different puzzle. Also, for online chess, I will put my move in and the page will relaod, at which the process repeats itself several times before accepting my move. I have talked to a few of my friends and they have said they have similar problems. Can anyone offer help or is this a problem with chess.com?
My connection to the server keeps dropping every 3 seconds. it messes with both my moves and my concentration. It is not on my side, as my internet connection has no problems streaming other data. is there some sort of bug in the server?
