connection problem

With ipad i can't play live chess. The message i get :
"sending challenge... reconnecting..." and nothing happens even after 10 min. he is still giving the same message.
With the computer or android smartphone i have no problems playing live chess. So nothing is wrong with the wificonnection.
Does somebody have similar problems ?
