Disconnects

I was initially impressed with all this site offers.  Sadly after being disconnected 10 dozen times while trying to play game a question has arose.  I had considered becomming a diamond member but think to myself why- when I try to play on this site I get disconnected an average of 7 times a game. (Question) who in the world wants to pay money for that!

This is not the norm for 99.99% of the players here.  Have you ruled out your internet connection or for the sake of verification, tried chess.com games from different ISP connections? Or for that matter, different laptops/computers/tablets?  It might point to the actual root cause of this.

Have run this chess site from 4 different servers and the one person I know personally states. " Many of my games lose with a disconnect, because when it reloads somehow I have lost on time.  I am beginning to wonder if they turn non paying members down. This is a poor practice if true.
