Yesterday I was playing a really slow game of 10 minute rated. I'm playing white, we're both down to one minor piece (I have a knight, they have a bishop), two rooks, and our pawns. I had 8 pawns, they had 7. At some point, we locked our pawns together and it became very difficult to pass the wall of pawns on rows 4 and 5. The game was super interesting to me because I haven't played such a restricted game in a long time. I was maneuvering my knight into a spot where it could jump the wall when the game simply aborted. There was no reason given for the abortion and it seemed to be treated like a draw. I did not receive a rating change and neither did my opponent.
Now I come back to look at the game and see if a reason was given afterwards, and the game isn't showing on my profile. I filtered my games for like 10 minutes and couldn't find it.

There was a scheduled server restart on June 15th at 22:00 Pacific time US. When that happens all ongoing games are aborted.
