Game aborted in middle game

The same thing happen to me. This was the first time I have seen this in live 5 minutes game in the middle of the game around the tenth move I was black and the other player white when it was his turn the message game game aborted
And I was beating him? Does anyone can do that without losing the game? Is there bug? The only thing came to mind that makes that possible is they are pay member and in the middle of live game they go to vacation feature ??? Otherwise this should not happen. In the live game when the game is on some need to lose not aborted period this is not fear game
I just played a game which was aborted after 19 moves. How come?
