I am using a SIM card. I have always been playing from home. Suddenly this problem of not loading came up. I saw other people also reporting the same problem on the web about chess.com. I'm looking for a solution. Grateful for suggestions .....
SIM just means you are using mobile data on your iPad or mobile device, I need to know how strong that connection is, since chess.com servers sort of require a okay internet connection. When you see the loading page, it usually means the server is unresponsive (chess.com live would be down for maintenance or chess.com live chess for mobile devices is down for live chess.) or it means your side cannot reach their servers (to slow internet connection.) please go to www.speedtest.net and tell me your speed.

I am guessing here but its possible that ip was banned or your provider is blocking the ports chess.com uses.
Can you try to connect and share your cell data to your pc like a hotspot? If so, see if your pc connects to the chess.com server when using it. If it wont connect on your pc then you'll know its not the devices or the apps problem

From last week, unable to play live chess because the game doesn't load, but continues searching. This happens on 2 iPads, I phone when using the Chess.com app. I have reinstalled the app, but no change. Works on the web, but playing on the iPad is so easy and convenient. Any ideas to resolve this. Thanks.
