First off, I agree with you that this is no good. It happens to danes as well. And probably americans, englishmen, turks and... well... It has nothing to do with caste, religion, weight or height, it has everything to do with being a sore loser.
Second, I wanna ask you; where/how does registering stuff like this on an emotional level help you? In chess games, in you everyday life?
Thirdly: You may want to consider the button in the chat that says "disable chat" when this happens again, 'cause it probably will.
Alternatively, here's a fun trick: Pay no mind to the tooling and the abuse (simply don't look at the chat window) and win the game on time while the other guy is typing his self absorbed head off. ;)
Oh, and welcome :)

Dear All,
I am new in this site and I found there are players here who abuse the other players with their country, religion and casts.
Chess is a game of Gentlemanship.
But when I started playing with nova0002, from United States, and he was check mate only in 9 moves, he started abusing. In the rematch he abused my country, my religion and my mother.
I appeal to all the members from India to protest against it and appeal to the authority to take necessary steps against him.
I feel it is quite difficult to play in this forum. I will put this same topic to Facebook.
