In my two latest live 60 minutes games I see this. After the game review a coach adds some comments and under that rating values for both of us is printed. In both cases these has been significantly above my chess.com rating. And that has also been the case for my opponent.
Should this be understood as an estimate of the players rating judged from this particular game ?

Yes! You are right. That's just an estimated performance rating for only that game. Let's say, if you get that number as 1700, it simply means that you played like a 1700 rated player in that particular. It's from engine's perspective.
