Click "play" -> "live chess" -> "play live chess" -> click on "friends" tab (bottom right tabs) -> select your friend by right clicking on their name (they have to be online) and choose what time of game you want with them. They can't be in the game when you invite them, otherwise you have to wait 'till they finish their game first.

I've been trying to figure out how to invite a friend to a, for instance, 10-minute Blitz game. But I can't find any option for inviting a specific username...
Any help on this??
