I can't join a multiclub arena

Hi everyone, when I try to join a multiclub arena, first a window appears with the clubs I want to represent, then when I choose the club I click on the join button but nothing happens. Thank you for your help

for multiclub arena you need to be part of a club which is participating in that event in advance
