I lose on time too much. (Lag or connectivity or site issues)

Lag.com strikes again. Bullet is unplayable. Bilichess works fine meanwhile.
I will have a simple mate in 3 and I'll premove 3 moves with like 10 seconds left lol and it will lag for a second and go down to zero seconds [losing on time] 100 percent of the time. I cannot play any game where time is a factor. How do I fix this since this? New modem? Better wireless?

I really don’t have this time issue on bilichess. It’s amazing. How lag.com does nothing to fix this problem, but is very fast to remove names of other chess sites out of the forums. Bullet is unplayable here.

i lose on time a lot here but the other site works very well and sometimes i even win on time which never happens here(unless they run the clock down in a losing position).
I used to be about 2200 here but i i don't know what happened because i lost most of my games on time in winning positions and went down to 1900s. I still am about 2300 on the other site and playing regularly since there is no time issue there.

there are many good players with slow setups
and
there are many poor players with fast setups.
If your looking for fairness go find a live game at your local library.

Wow!!! On billy I always plaid in the browser. Just downloaded the app. Incredibly fast while in the meantime here every game stalls due too lag supposedly from my internet connection if you had to believe lag.com.

That's my issue I love many things about chess.com except the lag, but yeah if lag is your only concern chess.com may not be for you.
