What do you see when you try to log into live chess?
there is no problem in loging in but i cant see list of challenges i need to start new game and automatically matching is done i cant select from the list & secondly i cant see moves while playing.please do the needful

Look at the very top left of your browser. Does it say mozilla firefox? Safari? google chrome? Internet explorer?
A few weeks ago you changed live chess and it was great but now you have changed it again and its absolutely disatrous, when you go0 to hit rematch you end up in game analysis and then some bright spark forgot to explain to the user how to get out of game analysis your supposed to be able to guess can you please change it back to the way it was three weeks ago the first day you updated it so its easy to decide what type of a game you want.
Yup the login is working now.

when i try to play in live chess from iphone, sometimes it disconnects from the server (even though my internet connection is working just fine as tested on the same phone immediately and other devices/computers) and automatic reconnecting takes so much time that i end up losing the game on time :(
chess.com iphone app shows me these ads even though im a premium member. come on, give me a break!

I played live chess just fine for the last few days, but suddenly today it stopped working. any idea why? its just not loading the live chess.

Are you using wifi or cable connection?
pc or laptop?
Is it your home pc or a shared network?
When did you last clear your browser history & cookies?
Is your browser up to date ?
I tried from a different network today and it worked.
It was fro both my pc and my laptop at home, I guess it's something with the settings.
Are there any suggestions as to what to do?

For weeks now when I try to get into live chess I've been getting a message telling me the live chess server is currently unavailable. Any ideas to help me?
I have an question.. Is live chess rating and online chess rating is not the same?? How it works>
The live chess rating is determined by games you play on live chess and the online chess rating is determined likewise.
