I would like to know why I have had a couple incorrect ratings like claiming that I resigned when in fact my opponent had resigned or why is it that I have check mated other opponents with significantly higher scores and only received 11 points ot best when I have played other opponents with a lower score and when they check mated me, they gained 25 points, this type of scoring does not seem consistent or fair, certainly will be reconsidering a lower membership next year, not worth a diamond one, that's for sure!!
Disappointed, please help!! Umma
