Is live chess not working

Ive checked every comment cant find any solution when I do live chess or the simple board, the two by two chess board loading sign just spins or buffers. I thought maybe It would work after a while so I kept the tab open with the loading sign spinning around and around for 9 hours! It did not work .  This only happens when there is over 10000 players online.

Try clearing your web browser cache and closing other browser windows when you join Live Chess.

I should not have to clear all my browser cache in order to get what I paid for. Live chess worked fine until this morning... Why should I have to clear all my browser cache for a server bug?
