Perhaps the frequency of disconnections (whether your phone's or the site's fault) was thought to be excessive / annoying for your opponents?

kicked/banned from Live Chess on Android

I was in the middle of a 5 min. blitz game, with 30 sec left on my clock. Game closed with a message: 'you have been kicked/banned.' Why? I have had trouble with the program disconnecting and reconnecting in the middle of games. Haven't said anything rude, haven't timed out games I was losing out of spite.
Each time I log in to live Chess on my phone it says 'LIve chess is unavailable,' then kicks me to the login screen; after I log in, it works. Until now.
I have e-mailed support about this, have received no reply. Any ideas? thanks
