Hi guys! I was checking out my stats recently and found a tab for live chess 960. Apparently that's a thing now...but how do I play chess 960. Can't find an option for that. Thanks

It is already there In chess.com

Look at the bottom of the page for a link that says "Try the new Chess.com". here you can play live chess960.

also in chess app
