Is this a bug? After stupidly blundering my Queen in the opening, I managed to claw my way back to this position. Officially, I ran out of time (so why didn't I lose??), but the actual message was draw by insufficient material. But how is a Queen, Rook and Knight insufficient to mate a lone King?

then the other person had insufficient material so it was draw

The rules of chess say that if you run out of time but your opponent doesn't have enough to mate than its a draw. If the game had have carried on there is no possible way you could have lost.
