Live Chess Conplaint

I'm playing 3 day chess and have had a mate in 4 since November 2, and the guy is taking THE FULL THREE DAYS to make his moves in this clearly lost game. I get the guy not resigning, but he clearly knows his position is lost. I'm okay with him hoping I make a mistake and playing on. I'm not okay with a guy (who I can see is making headway in other games) just slow-playing cause he's upset about an impending loss.

I know this guy who always makes conplaints instead of complaints.  Its so aggravating!

Well just focus on some of your other 3-day games, or start some more.  Even if that annoying guy goes on vacation, he will eventually run out of time.  Don't sweat the small stuff ...
