Live chess does not recognize stalemate.

Please refer to darthd2 vs mad335ny March 19, 2017:

White's last move was 59.f7. I waited for at least 30 seconds but the live chess software did not recognise this as a stalemate and there counted my game as a lost for black. Clearly I was going for the stalemate if White was not smart enough to play the correct move (which he did not play). Clearly I as Black (mad335ny), I should get a draw since I still had time on my clock when White played f7 as his last move. How can I get my half point for the draw?

The server recognizes stalemate. The problem is that black has a move in that game.

Stalemate is when one side's king is not in check and there are no legal moves by any of that side's pieces.
