My connection dropped for just one minute or so. I got back with 3 minutes on the clock, but it said "Game Abandoned". Not cool.

I sometimes have a bad internet connection, and when I am playing games where time is all important (such as bullet), if I disconnect, I end up losing on time. Shouldn't chess.com prevent people from playing if their internet connection is bad? I have heard that chess.com does this, but I haven't seen any evidence of this.
The solution I foresee is simple: If a person has less than a green connection at the beginning of the game, he should not be allowed to play.
