Live chess issues

Hi, I've been experiencing the following issues. Not sure where to direct these issues. Maybe someone can help me here.

1. My opponents time didn't go down, but mine did even when it was their move and after I'd submitted my move! I ran out of time and lost points on time.

2. Live chess server says it's down and that I have aborted games. This was not my fault and now it is telling me I have to wait 5 minutes as I have broken the fair usage rules. I didn't abort the game it was a server problem! 

Will these issues be fixed? Or am I the only one experiencing this?

What browser and operating system are you using?

I'm using Safari Version 5.1.7 (6534.57.2) and Mac OS X 10.6.8. Thanks.

Same thing happened to me before. I contacted the website´s administrators and explained the situation and they lifted the "sanction" they had imposed on me. DO tell them. They will understand.

Can you try using a different browser by chance? Maybe google Chrome to see if that helps at all?

Ahhhh...I have had the same issues today...It is very frustrating . I am using Chrome and normally have no issues yet today I apparently violated Fair Play policy and all I could deduce was that the 2 games prior to that had ended in resignations!

I hope this glitch gets sorted soon  :-) 

I haven't experienced this problem again and have tried on both Firefox and Safari at different times.

make sure your internet connection is stable enough. If it goes down, then the server could think you are aborting the game
