Live Chess Problem

Today, I played with somebody called mightychamp. He played 18. ... b5. After that, I played 19. Bxb5. The screen showed mightychamp's time ticking down. Until 19 seconds, mightychamp won by Timeout suddenly appeared on the screen but I could see my move' Bxb5 right down there. I felt so angry. Can I know how to complain to the Chess.com staff?

You disconnected. (Your device lost its connection.) There is nothing you can do other than to get a better connection for next time. Wifi is not reliable.

You were losing anyway.

You were about to lose your queen.

I agree with SSY090106, blaming it on bad connection is just a cop out. I was just playing Brianwaynemartin with 1min 30secs and close to queening with check, he was stomped for a move and still my counter went down and I lost. This has happened many times.

And it has never happened to me since the days when I was using dial-up.

You guys are all so sure that your wifi connections are rock solid.  I guess that if disconnections were happening to me, the thought would occur to me that it might possibly be my connection. And I would at least try to play over a broadband cable connection just to see if it made any difference.

The biggest problem I see is not me disconnecting - I think this has only ever happened once so far - but my opponents constantly disconnecting and having weak connections in general. I'd rather beat them on merit than win mostly on time. Especially players from the Middle East and India seem to have such connection issues from my own experience.

This is the first time I had this problem.

Concerning 'disconnecting' if this was the case, when reviewing the game it should show your opponents taking their move, which it doesn't. Therefore it's a glitch. I had 1 minute and 30 seconds to finish my game?????

Just had a game where my opponent who's timer was on 0.00secs had seconds added on 3 times???? Correct me if I'm wrong but that's blatantly proof that the timers faulty

Game mucks up again after a few moves. Chess.com should change to Chess.con
