Live chess unavailable!!!

Please HELP ME!! Why i can not play live chess, when i go to live chess and press 'play live chess' appearing LIVE CHESS SERVER CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE...... this is for three days i can not play,,,, please tell me what to do???? is it bcoz im using free account???

If is possible, before playing again, can you click on the link below for me please? You'll see a large white page with the text in the corner saying 'chess.com cookies cleared'. Once you see that, close the browser then re-open it and log back in

Also don't use bookmarks for live chess :)

Are you trying to access live full board or simple? Do you get the same 'unavailable' result for both?

YES for both!!! and i'm trying on all the browsers available in the internet! :)
