The rule is 50 moves by each side without a pawn move or capture, and the draw must be claimed, not automatic.

In that situation, premoving is your friend. You can get 10 moves in in 1 second that way.
i asked for the draw a few times but he simply played the next muve and there was no draw. Looking a bit around i found only the 15 muves rule, where can i find here on site or in other places this rule about 50 muves?
Hi, this is mine first post in this forum so plz dont blame me if i say somethink wrong.
I played a live game with a situation of bishop vs pown and bishop (opposit colors). I putted mine King in a good position so game shoud be drawn if no mistake occurs. The opponent decided he will try to win on time because i were at much less time, but we made more then 15 muves without a peace taken a pown muved or a check. Shoudn't it be a draw after this? If this a program bum and i will be rewarded with points back or this rule does not apply to live games?
