Losing streak??

Hey guys this is my first post, please answer. I’m on a bad 8 game losing streak, although I think I am playing well. I’ve been playing the same I’ve always been playing, but something has switched. I am not a very good player overall, but I just want to know if anyone else had a bad losing streak and how they dealt with it and overcame it. 

With blitz and other fast time controls it is very easy to get on a losing streak. Chess is a game of confidence and psychology. When this happens to me it is almost comical how I find a way to lose game after game. My advice is to not take it too seriously, recognize that it happens to everyone, and take a break and regroup.
