That does sound somewhat unfair. You didn't get a chance to play the match and instantly your opponent wins? What is THAT?
If it'll make you feel better, I'll play a match with you. A fair match. Hopefully, you won't get any messages like that again.
So I joined my first tournament today. Game 1 went smooth but game 2 was like that:
I get the board with loading-symbol. Nothing happens.
After five minutes I get a message that my opponent won.
I'm kinda mad about this because it clearly was a site-error.
