Major Clock Problems

WTH is going on?! For the last several weeks I’ve been losing time on my clock. I’ll take 1-3 seconds to make a move but 10 sec or more (sometimes 20/30+ sec) are deducted from my clock. This happens multiple times in the same game. Playing 3|2 Live games. It’s cost me practically EVERY game I’ve played bc I’m timing out well before my opponent. Either your servers are jacked or people have figured out how to cheat by negatively impacting opponent’s clock. You need to fix this ASAP! I want a refund for every month this continues starting with July’s payment.
