More bad penalties, Mr. Live Chess

Okay, here's the latest in a slew of bad penalties that Chess.com inflicts on its users:

1) Click NEW GAME.

2) Chess.com starts a new game in a HIDDEN WINDOW

3) Because you don't see the HIDDEN game, you don't move

4) because you didn't move, the server abandons the game, and FLAGGS YOU AS AN ABUSER.

Nice job, Chess.com. You are so very good at annoying your user base. Congrats!

After clicking on New game, did you then accept someone elses seek ?

How did you know the game started if you didn't see it? I mean, was it sound movement clicks or a pop up notice saying game over ?

because after the server abandoned it, it gave me a dialog box with a penalty warning.
