For those who don't understand this "ex" thing, it's from the "Sonic The Hedgehog" series. This series is basically about half human and half animal characters that defeat the villains. There are different villains and characters in different sub series. Sonic the hedgehog is the main protagonist, and Sally Acorn was another protagonist in a sub series. I mean, there wasn't really a love connection in the story, or at least I don't think there was, but it's one of those relationships made by fans (fans are basically people who enjoy a certain series). I guess that @kingsonicthehedgehog calls @princessallyacorn his ex because I'm pretty sure that the series in which Sally Acorn was in is an old one, so @kingsonicthehedgehog can either say that he's "single", or his current "girlfriend" is Amy the hedgehog, as she is a character of a more well known and modern series (this relationship was also fan made).
