No 50-movs rule in effect?

I have finish a game with black pieces in which no movement of pawn and no capture has been made since move 75, I moved the king and white moved the king up to move 217, but the computer didn't care and the other side "won" the game by time. Is that legal?

I pressed the draw button and nothing happened.
