Just awhile ago, I participated in a 10 minutes Rapid Tournament. My opponent was BIGMANBOSS. From the 47th move to 58th moves, the moves were repetition. Again continuing, from the 59th moves to the 69th move, the moves made by both of us, were repetitious. On the 69th move, I ran out of time, and thereby lost the game.
If I recall correctly, Chess Rules stipulate that if there are 3 sets of repetition moves on both sides, the game should be declared a DRAW.
May the organizers, please enlighten me as to the reason I was not given a "draw" from the 47th move to 69th move.
